Hello one and all! Happy new year! To celebrate a new year (that I know will be better than 2011), and the fact that I reached my Goodreads reading goal I am giving away a brand new copy of one of my favorite 2011 reads (also, the first book I read in January 2011), Nocturne by Syrie James. I spent time with my family on NYE and watched fireworks from my backyard. In the afternoon, my brother took me to see the new Sherlock Holmes film. Thanks for the chance to win!
ReplyDeleteWe went out to a new Italian restaurant that opened near our house with some friends (where I ate entirely too much). Then we came back to my house and just hung around (I also ate more here). It was a lot of fun! Hope you did something festive too! Congrats on hitting your goal! And happy 2012! xo

ReplyDeleteMy boyfriend's birthday was December 30th, so we threw a combined surprise birthday party/NYE party. The surprise was almost ridiculously ruined but we managed. And it was amazing. Had a blast. : )

ReplyDeleteFor New Year's, my boyfriend, my sisters, and I all went to what is known as The Big D NYE, which is just a New Year's celebration in Dallas. It was a lot of fun! Just like Times Square, only A LOT smaller :)
